Introduction

This instruction guides readers on how to build the same simulation as the paper above ⬆️.

Our simulation uses the finite-element method (FEM) to determine the eigenfrequency of piezoelectric devices. Unlike other simulations, we do not rely on the quasi-static approximation, allowing us to also simulate the magnetic fields.

Our simulation method can be applied to any FEM software. COMSOL will be employed to demonstrate the procedures and results.

Bold italic words will denotes nodes or options in COMSOL and code will denotes inputs or keys on your keyboard.
